[ Not A Bug ] - Hero's armour / weapon cosmetics are not showing

If you have cosmetic armour / weapon equipped, but you’re not seeing the appearances of them on your hero, confirm they’re marked as enabled. Screenshots to demonstrate…

Enabled has a small icon at bottom right showing an open eye…

Disabled has a small icon at bottom right showing a closed eye…

Clicking on the eye toggles it between open (enabled) and closed (disabled).

Despite numerous threads mis-reporting this as a bug, it is not a bug, it’s just that this open / closed eye thing is really easy to miss.

Wow, thank you. How stupid is that. If there are so many threads / reports, you would think Blizzard would clarify and make it a bit clearer. Or revert it back to clicking on the big picture on the right to change cosmetics. Thanks again for pointing it out.

Tengo un problema similar, pero en mi caso, aunque tengo activados los ojos, no se muestran mis objetos equipados. Solo aparece una skin predeterminada de un bárbaro. Juego desde PC y ya he descargado los más de 60 GB, no me falta nada por descargar. Mi novia también entró al juego y dice que tampoco ve mi skin.
