Purchased cosmetic not working

In fact none of my armor will preview or equip.

No matter how often this is reported as a bug, it’s not one…

If you have cosmetic armour / weapon equipped, but you’re not seeing the appearances of them on your hero, confirm they’re marked as enabled.
