Transmog for me tempest and some for necromancer don’t works

This is the single most mis-reported issue on the Bug Report forum…

[ Not A Bug ] - Hero's armour / weapon cosmetics are not showing

If you have cosmetic armour / weapon equipped, but you’re not seeing the appearances of them on your hero, confirm they’re marked as enabled.
