Cosmetic not show up

One cosmetic don’t show up, i dont know others.
I equp the cosmetic weapon but it shows only in survival bane event.

I have extreme lag and screen freeze when i use skills and when im in battleground.( at low graphics ) ( no device overheat )

Now somehow it works but in the past were cosmetic equped not show up on character. I believe they fix this in the last update and i didn’t notice that, sorry.
You can tell me something about lags?
