Battle Pass and Server Transfer

The battle pass in my account costs me 150 dollars which is incorrect because it is a value of 15.30 dollars the same happens to me with the server transfer and it is only my account because my friends do not have that problem.

Server Transfer

I have a problem with Immortal Devil, I need to transfer from server and I do not allow it, it indicates collection, which already communicated with support and verified that I have not made transfers and that it should be free because it is the first time I make a server transfer, also the battle pass me.is charging 150 dollars which is not so since the battle pass has a cost of 15 dollars, as indicated could be a bug
