Unable to use Transmogs in wardrobe

For one character on my account, my original character that I first beat Diablo 4 with, the transmogs are stuck. The wardrobe shows a two handed axe in the chest slot, and boots in the gloves spot. Any attempts to change and save are reverted immediately. The saved outfits in the wardrobe will not override or apply, the moment you exit the wardrobe the outfit reverts back. Transmog/Wardrobe funcion stuck on a legacy character

Helmet, Gauntlet, and Chest slot is not responding when I click on modify. All slot has something else at the slot (ex. one of the slot showing a sword). Can’t override slot save or save on a new slot for sets either.

Wardrobe - Ensembles not saving

l was originally able to save an ensemble for slot #1. I have purchased the remaining slots and they are marked as ‘empty’. If I try to save a new set to any slot now, including #1, the save simply doesn’t happen into the slots… The ‘save’ button is available to click and clicking it doesn’t perform any action.

Character appearance cannot be saved

I have the problem because my character has boots selected instead of bracers in the Wardrobe. The setting cannot be changed or saved. Unfortunately, I can’t open a ticket for support to solve my problem. anyone have an idea?

Wardrobe bugged

I just bought Vessels of Hatred and reinstalled the game. On some characters the wardrobe is totally bugged (I can’t change the transmog or save). There is also a boots icon on the glove slot and a weapon icon on the helmet slot, etc. Edit, december 6th: No news about that bug? Cannot change my wardrobe at all

I cannot change my wardrobe at all, it was working well until I bought the Blackjade skin for Sorcerer, I applied the skin after getting it, it applied & instantly reverted when I went back in the wardrobe & since then I cannot change my wardrobe at all, any skin, shop items or not. I can select all the items I want, but when I ‘confirm look’ nothing applies. Wardrobe transmog issue!

I just purchased the expansion DELUXUE version for the most money and the wardrobe transmog DOES NOT WORK. This have been an issue for the last week and a half, where I cannot apply the change, save, nor load. WHY SPEND MONEY FOR TRANSMOG IF IT DOESN’T APPLY??? If this does not gets addressed soon, I’m claiming my money back for fraud. Come on Blizzard, fix this issue or at least acknowledge that you have this issue so that I can wait knowing it’ll be fixed.

Wardrobe/Ensembles won't save so I can't spend money on new cosmetics

Why would I pay money for new cosmetics if I can’t use them? There is a pair of sovereign boots stuck in my gloves location under the ensembles. New ensemble slots are not allowing me to save. After returning from being away for a while my ensemble was set to the Sovereign Set look and I couldn’t save any changes to my ensemble. Wardrobe wont save on my necromancer. I have over 100 hours on this character alone. Very very frustrated about this! my favorite character and I can’t even wear the new outfits that I JUST BOUGHT!!! Blizzard needs to fix this bug as soon as possible. I have seen this bug a lot on all social media plateforms. I would like a refund for all the necromancer outfits I have bought. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

Bugged Wardrobe

I have a strange wardrobe problem. I have an old preset that only contains boots. Now when I want to change the look of my current gear, I have these boots from the preset in the slot of my gloves and my equipped shoes in the shoes slot. Regardless of whether I equip all or just certain parts of my gear, the changes will not be applied and I will return to the appearance of the equipped gear. I also cannot overwrite the preset or save it to another preset slot. Pretty frustrating.

Cannot save outfits in Wardrobe

One of my Seasson 5 characters not only cannot save outfis in Wardrobe ensemble slots but also cannot get rid of an unwanted helm. WarDrobe not working

Ever since i bought the expansion i no longer able to change appearance (skin variant) on my character. i can try to change but It wont save/apply. I am stuck with whatever item i put on, i can show/hide transmog, but can never change to other skin i have. I tried created a new character and didnt have this issue. Please fix this.

Got Vessel of hatred yesterday, everything worked fine untill I logged in to one of my old characters. Like the topic title, my transmogs dont work. I tried on my ps5, and my pc, neither works. Not sure what’s the deal, i’ve transmogged plenty of times before, anyone have any ideas? or blizzard please help, cause it’s definitely a bug.

Unable to save ensemble loadouts

Up until the most recent update, I was able to create and save custom ensemble loadouts. I noticed, after I installed this new season update and bought a few cosmetics from the in-game shop, I am no longer able to save custom ensemble loadouts. Not sure if that is the cause but it has bugged on 2 of the characters that I was currently on in-game while purchasing the cosmetics from the shop.

I guess add me to this too, for what it’s worth - same issue as everyone else has described, boots in the glove box, cannot overwrite any existing slots, look can be applied but reverts. And I think I saw someone say pants are in the weapons slot? I guess that’s why there are pants (which I thought were) on my head when looking at saved slots.
It’s been a couple of weeks since I noticed, was really hoping this would be fixed by now lol

Bumping this post. My sorcerer’s been bugged with for several months now.

Any changes for anyone either on PC or console? Haven’t logged in game yet today.

This has changed for me since the Season of Witchcraft update. I can now change the look of individual items. The ensemble function still does not work for my original character and resets all items to default look. Will not save or load despite on screen messages .So the bug is half fixed.

Other later created characters all work fine.
