Up until the most recent update, I was able to create and save custom ensemble loadouts. I noticed, after I installed this new season update and bought a few cosmetics from the in-game shop, I am no longer able to save custom ensemble loadouts. Not sure if that is the cause but it has bugged on 2 of the characters that I was currently on in-game while purchasing the cosmetics from the shop.

yea i saw a few post on the discord and i tried to make a ticket but it all pointed me to making a post on this forum so i hope the devs actually read this because its becoming a problem for quite a few people and needs to be addressed

This happened to me as well. I was able to save my first loadout, and even buy slots 2-5, but now I cannot save in slots 2-5, and also cannot overwrite slot 1.

Same issue but one character only is affected, others it’s fine. Bumping for visibility
overwrite slot #1 is buggy and slots 2-3-4 do not save at all

I’ve encountered the same issue. I bought a new Necromancer set from the shop two days ago, and now I’m unable to save or overwrite custom ensemble loadouts. It’s really frustrating, especially since it was working fine before.
My wardrobe was broken too, then it just started working a few days later.
Same issue. I was able to save in my first slot but now when I click the “save” button in an empty slot it doesn’t do anything.
This also happened to me, but I’m on console.
Unable to save on any slot.
I was eventually able to save over an empty one after leaving it alone for a bit, but it just resumed to not working.
This is happening to me also on slot 3, 4 and 5 only 1 and 2 are working.
Edit: I cannot over write any of the slots with a new weapon.
Yup, Unable to save. I created a new character and was able to save the fist load-out but now I am unable to change it or save any another.
Confirming this has affected one of my characters as well. Seemed to happen after equipping the battlepass gear and one of the new staff weapons on my sorc. So far my other sorc is fine.

Happened with some of the new awoken archenemy stuff.
Happened to me as well. It’s been like this for a couple days now and still isn’t working. I’m playing a sorcerer also.

Same here. Haven’t checked my eternal characters, but my seasonal sorc just does nothing when I click save on ensembles. Bought all 5 slots and it’s the same on all.

also having this issue
I have this issue since 4 days. I was able to save 3 ensembles, but the 4th new slot is not working, neither ir overwriting. Tried everything from changing only one item, only color, trying to just save one that is saved in a different slot, relogging, restarting, other computer, other day. Nothing fixes it.
