Yea did the official troubleshooting that found on the forums and sent in a ticket over 24 hours ago now. Still waiting on a answer. Was hoping that someone a quick fix that they might now.

This issue happened to you 8 days ago and itâs still no fixed? I got this issue since more than 13 hours now. Any explanations? Anyone AT BLIZZARD can answer with PURE LOGIC about whatâs happening related to that 395002 error code issue?

Same problem. Logged out, scanned and repaired, changed regions (could log in on Europe), switched back, same issue.
I tried to create a new SEASONAL character and game froze so I restarted the game around 9.15.22 12 CT. Now when i try to login, it gives me Error 395002 saying it could not retrieve heroes⊠Any help>?

Thank you for the reports on this. Weâll make sure to pass it along to notify the Diablo 3 team if they didnât already get an alert for these errors.
Historically this error has been an issue on the server side, so I would not recommend trying any troubleshooting on the user side at the moment. In rare cases this error could also indicate an account specific issue, so if anyone comes across this in the future and there are not widespread reports please create a new thread with the details.

I have this same issue. Everything was working until I tried creating a new seasonal character (Barb). It froze on me and then I restart my game it gives me this error. I tried everything. Even uninstalling and reinstalling the game. nothing works.
Blizzard, Can you please fix.
Support has directed me to posting in this thread as I am having the same issues, it appears to be a server side problem and has seemingly been escalated to developers.

I have the same issue, I was trying to create a new character and all the sudden the app crashed and I cannot log in anymore. I have to change region but all my progress are in America region. I have been redirected here but I feel it quite pointless. I tried to log in using different devices but no success so far.
Add my name to the list of affected people. Itâs been almost 12 hours now. Followed all recommendations above with no luck. In my case, the problem occurred right after creating another seasonal character. After that canât find hero list.
Same problem as others, created a new seasonal character (Necromancer) and the game froze when I finalised character creation. Waited a couple of minutes, forced close, and now each time I restart the game I get this error. Can log into other regions perfectly, just not America. Tried every option I could find to fix including reinstalling, all to nil effect.
I requested to have the seasonal toon removed so I could access the game however support directed me to this thread instead.
