I got a few of this rngs situationsā¦
Yesterday ursi trolled me hard, failed the upgrade 5 times in a row at 80%.
This kind of things happen. One other time i miscliked on a gem to upgrade it with 1% and it workedā¦ Casino things of d3
100 reforges is 5,000 (!) Forgotten Souls. How many souls do you have to spare?!?
Purely RNG. I hadnāt seen a Primal in nearly a week and had 4 drop yesterday. Three of them in back to back rifts.
No, people are not having drop issues related to maintenance. Blizzard has not changed D3 in any way. If they want to change drop rates, they do it in an announced patch.
You pointed out your sample size was small, but you seem to only insult people who point out that small sample size does not give good data and that your issue is simply RNG. You did get your answer, no, they are not having issues, RNG is RNG.
If you come to the forums asking for input, you donāt really get to pick and choose what input you get. Exception being if the input is against the forum rules of conduct. (profanity, insulting/picking fights, etc.) Please feel free to report it if someone breaks the rules.

only thing the maint did for most of us was add more bugs and fix nothing.
Yeah, RNG is RNG and all, but I finished the season journey, levelled to 800 paragon and spent all my hard earned mats (+/- 80 reforge) and got nada. Zilch. Zero. Oh and my free primal at level 70 was a puzzle ring. I know, I know - boo hoo for me. But it kinda deflates oneās enthusiasm to go all that way and get f-all.
Well not sure ofcourse, small samplesize, but I read this post and though damn thats real bad RNG.
Just did some runs and counted non-ancient vs ancient drops/gambles.
I had 71 non-ancients and 2 ancients.
Could be a case of bad RNG ofcourse, but they might have introduced a bug with the maintainance.

Nothing to the game code has changed. The weekly maintenance is more for Battle.net features and such.
To make it clear, there has been ZERO changes to drop rates or anything related to in game.

Can you confirm that these Maintenance that occur are actually test. Seems abit game breaking how the Party System and Chat System is completely botched and it didnt come up when testing the actual patch ? This has been completely bugged for a while now and its making it beyond difficult to party with people and causing people to leave S19
For me, it looks like standard RNG. Kadala is her usual stingy self. Iāve had run after run of full bags of blue/yellow with her. On the other hand, I got a BiS Primal to drop out of a chest during a run, too.
RNG is part of the Diablo experience. 99.99% of items generated are crap. If you get a long run of crap, itās likely because the gameās designed to give you that most of the time.
And they wonder why people use bots.
The RNG is freaking miserable in this game. The lack of any linear progression is soul crushing.
Every reforge that doesnāt result in ancient should increase the chance of your next reforge, and the same for primal. The way things are right now, pure RNG, is just garbage.
Havenāt found a single primal yet, but Iām still looking!
Played DIII the day of release back in 2012 and went three whole weeks before finding my first legendary. The roll was absolute garbage but Iāll always remember the feeling I got when it dropped.

You get one guaranteed upon your first timed gr70 and it unlocks the chance for them to drop.
You have to clear a SOLO GR 70 before the timer for them to drop. In Seasons, doing so gives you a guaranteed primal the first time you do the solo GR70 and beat the timer.
Once you do that, you can get the super rare primals in any level. You just have to unlock them.

I once went 5 days playing 6-8 hours per day and didnāt get any primals. But I also had a day where I got 3 primals in under 30 min. RNG.
You wouldnt belive this but abouy, a year and a half ago i tryed to upgrade a gem at70%ā¦it failed 15 times in a rowā¦15ā¦at 70%ā¦though i have not yet past at 1%, im sure failing at 70%15 times is the other side of it lololā¦man that day was frustrating lol
At OP if you want to feel better, Im at 76 reforges on my weapon for TR build and havenāt gotten a single ancient yet, let alone a usable rolled one.
And at p920 playing solo outside of bounties havenāt had an ancient weapon drop yet either. And it took me 250k shards to get and ancient POJ helm, and it rolled meh.
RNG is RNG, for everyone of us that gets ridiculous bad luck, thereās an outlier on the opposite end of the spectrum rolling in primals. Get over it.
