El juego me pide actualizar y al hacerlo me dice “no puede acceder a la carpeta” Mas Ayuda BLZBNTAGT0000084B.

Empecé a tener el mismo problema ayer.

nada aun no da intente de todo
borre el juego, lo quiero volver a instalar pero de inicio nomas me sale el mismo mensaje.
Lo mismo me sale como hacemos para que nos ayuden???

El juego empezó a dar errores para instalar el último parche diciendo que no era administrador y por eso no se podía instalar lo cual es ridículo porque así lo vengo haciendo desde hace años.
Borré absolutamente todo para empezar de cero, inclusive desinstalé el battle.net agent, borre las carpetas de Program Data, de user\local, etc. pasé CCleaner por el registro pero siempre tengo el mismo problema, no puedo instalar el juego. Se queda cargando el botón de Install y no sale de ahí. Inclusive probé instalar el Starcraft 2 y sí arranca la instalación.
Ya no sé que más hacer, el próximo paso sería formatear la pc cosa que no pienso hacer.

Es por un bug con la aplicación de Battle.net afectando los permisos. Este tema en los foros de SC2 tiene más detalles (ambos errores son por el mismo bug).
- Open File Explorer and navigate to your Documents folder
- Right-click the Documents folder and click Properties
- Click the Security tab towards the top
- Click the “Edit…” button next to “To change permissions, click Edit.”
- Ensure “Full control” is set to “Allow” for all Groups or user names
- Click Apply and OK
Por el momento me esta dejando instalar el juego, espero me deje jugarlo también.
Tenia el mismo problema hace varios días, encontré esta otra solución, espero les funcione. A mi me funcionó cambiarle el nombre a la carpeta.
"Ok, I found a fix. The clue was about the Documents folder. Assuming it’s the same problem, there’s the “Heroes of the Storm” folder inside your Documents folder that won’t update permissions. Even after trying to give it permissions, it says it requires permission from Desktop
First off, try renaming the folder and then installing Heroes of the Storm. If it still doesn’t work, follow the steps below.
Go to your Documents folder and try to delete the “Heroes of the Storm” folder
If it doesn’t work, you will need to download “Ultimate Windows Tweaker” from here:
(It won’t let me link, but Google “Ultimate Windows Tweaker” and it should be the first or second link)
On the left side of the “Ultimate Windows Tweaker” application click “Context Menu” then at the top bar under “Desktop Context Menu 2” there is an option to “Add ‘Take Ownership’ Option To Files And Folder” which you need to enable. Apply the tweaks.
Go back to your Documents folder and right click and click “Take Control” then delete the folder.
If it doesn’t work, you will need to go into the folder and select all the files and then right click and “Take Control” and then delete the selected files.
When the windows dialog comes up saying a file can’t be deleted, “Skip” and apply to all future occurrences.
There should be a few folders left. Repeat steps 5 and 6 over and over with all files and folders until the entire folder can be deleted. After all folders inside the Heroes of the Storm folder are deleted, you can delete the folder itself.
When the folder itself has been deleted, you can install from Battle.net launcher.

no se tiene que borrar solo darle los permisos y control total

Tienen razón, yo lo logré solucionar… solamente busque la carpeta en “documento” llamada “Heroes of the storm”
le das click derecho… te vas a la pestaña de seguridad… y en donde dice "para cambiar los permisos de seguridad " le das click en editar y seleccionas “control total” y ya
me dejó actualizar
hice todo lo que dicen y no hace nada, incluso desinstale el juego y ahora no me deja ni instalarlo
