Hello, I’m trying to purchase game time for my gf through the Battle.net app and this error keeps popping up. We tried it through the browser as well but alas, it didn’t work. I know for sure that I have enough funds on the card, I know that I’m entering every piece of info about the card correctly.
Mastercard? There have been issues recently that they’re working on resolving. One workaround that’s been effective is linking the card to a PayPal account and making your purchase through PayPal. Otherwise, you could try using a different card.
Edit - To clarify, there have been issues with Mastercard working with Blizzard’s shop and services, that Blizzard is working to resolve.
