I am unable to progress the flying quest chain. i was able to turn it i. the first week of ZM i was messing around with these teleports and it seems to have broken the quest line somehow. When i started i only had the Secondus icon left. once i got there it will not let me interact
FOUND A FIX:
have someone with flying unlocked fly you around to each rune shown above the cosmic energy bar, for me once i interacted with each pocopoc appeared with the quest
I am having the same issue. I submitted a ticket and within a few minutes I was given the reply from a GM to go in and rename Cache, Interface, and WTF files to add OLD after. This has worked to fix issues before but is not working now. 
Still unable to interact with the Nascence Servitor to finish this quest.
Same. Trying to do āSearching High and Lowā and there is nothing for me to interact with. No glyphs or anything. I already have the teleporter unlocked, so maybe that is the issue, but there is nothing for me to click on and I am unable to progress this quest, barring me from completing to finish flying.
Same issue here. I explored the zone the first week. I know see the teleports as fights paths but Iām unable to collect the rune or get to the āknownā flights. So Iām now stuck due to early exploration of the zone.
Please fix this as flying is unlocked with this and Iām not going to be behind my peers.
same. Finished all of the main quest, but it return to 5/7, n i cant receive any main quest any more.
Same thing happened to me, I logged all the way out of the game and relogged. Quest popped up from the derpy robot to find the glyphs.
Blizzard doesnāt test the game. Everyone who unlocked the teleporter early is screwed outside of having a warlock summon you to the teleporter in the hidden room.

same issue, submitted a ticket and their answer was essentially āsucks to suckā
I was told to submit a bug report in game. Iāve done that, cleared my Cache, disabled addons, relaunched the game from the ground up. Nothing has fixed this for me yet.
Unable to see or learn the āPrimus Locus Arrangementā
in the same boat grrrr cant fly no pixie dust to help either

Not sure but seems like any early exploring is what is causing the bug to happen. I canāt get the Rune in the first room to spawn thus Iām stuck at that part. I explored around that part of the zone within the first two days of ZM coming out.
I remember using this specific portal before the release.
I gathered the 100 cosmic energy and ported around, but it didnāt seem to have any purpose back then. I think I broke it.
Figured out my issue. Hoping this can help someone else. I had the quest āBetween a Rock & a Rockā still in my log, with no option to turn it in anywhere, but it was above all other quests and didnāt have any other marking for it. I was able to abandon and retake that quest and can now interact with the Nascence Servitor.
My problem is Iāve completed the six chapters of the achievement but nothing comes up how to progress to the next step for flying.

Yea, thatās what iām trying to find at this point. someone with a 2 seater mount.
Or find a way to glide there from another rockā¦
How did you get the first room rune to spawn ? Let me know if you get stuck again as I got the flight points how you mentioned but Iāve still hit the initial wall of canāt get that first Rune.
My ZM flying questline is bugged. When I try to port up to the upper levels it doesnāt work. I had a friend fly me up to do the between a rock and a rock quest, but no quests are appearing after that.
