Can't accept quest "Between A Rock & A Rock"

I’m there at the portal now, I went inside the gravid repose after gathering the 100.

Completed the 2 quest before this one.

Nothing is giving me a quest here.

I can’t teleport anywhere with the Locus.

Same here. I previously explored Gravid Repose and turned the Locus Shift into a Flight Master with no connecting paths. Now I can’t start Between a Rock & a Rock quest to unlock ZM flying.
