Unlocking Locus Shift prior to this week breaks "A Means to an End"

ZM flying quest bugged

Figured out my issue. Hoping this can help someone else. I had the quest “Between a Rock & a Rock” still in my log, with no option to turn it in anywhere, but it was above all other quests and didn’t have any other marking for it. I was able to abandon and retake that quest and can now interact with the Nascence Servitor.
