That is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be fixed! Master looters have always been able to loot items, roll it off, and then trade them. Why the heck can I NOT trade this one? Previous quest items, like Heroic Key to the Focusing Iris were tradeable.

Same will apply to Shadowmourne fragments.
But there is no reason to keep it this way. It punishes people for honest mistakes / mis-clicks.
Just like Atiesh, you can’t trade the fragments.

just like BoP raid items, you SHOULD be able to trade fragments to eligible people within 2 hours.

it’s always been that way, same thing with Atiesh.
This was very well known…so yeah grats on your useless shard that will rot in your bags.

You cannot trade items that stack.
It is known since vanilla, just like the fragments of Atiesh.
You should know by now, or if you didn’t know, get informed at least as someone with master loot responsibility.
