Wont let me xfer servers cause of mail?

Folks, please make sure you get a ticket in too. While hopefully our SFAs can pick back up on these in the morning, there isn’t a guarantee of it. That they even can is an exception to the norm, but please do have a ticket in if you haven’t already.

My ticket is put in, 8 day 2 hr wait on average is what it says.

That is the estimated time, but even while it’s longer than usual, true turnaround is at 4-5 days. Like I said, hopefully our SFAs will be able to help like they have been once they get in in the morning, but it doesn’t hurt to cover your bases. And it gives you a place in the queue, and it’s easy to just cancel your ticket if/when it’s resolved here.

I am also having an issue trying to transfer my character Xartogg from Benediction to Eranikus as it relates to my mailbox. Can someone please assist?

I am having the same issue on Faerlina. I transferred all of my characters off to Eranikus but one. For some reason on my rogue, Nutsvoncrazy, it keeps telling me I can’t due to in-game mail I need to get. Of course there’s nothing in my mailbox and I’ve done all of the self help suggestions. Would really just like some help to get him over to Eranikus so I dont have to wait hours to check my mail for the 4th day, only to find there’s no mail and I still can’t play my main.

This is sorta ridiculous. Running into teh same problem. Zombie quest really put a wrench in my plans on being able to play with my guild. Please for the love of Hodir can I get a quick fix on it?!

Quick? It’s currently six in the morning over there. No one will be in the office for hopefully two more hours.

Even though you don’t see mail click open all mail , there’s a bug

While there can certainly be display errors and other reasons for mail not showing - most of the ones at the moment are the result of events or quests, Jazzy. Some of those produce emails a player can’t see for 2-3 days.
