I’m trying to use the free transfer to get my character from Benediction to Sulfuras. I’m done being scared to log off because of 5+ hours que times. Now it’s saying that I can’t do the transfer because of some mail and to delete my mail… Well I didn’t have any mail, I Removed add-ons and I even used the recover mail service to maybe see if something was bugged. What else can I do? This has been happening since last night so its getting frustrating. Ticket Number: US85817324 and its been open a while but avg wait is 7 days. I shouldn’t have to wait that long. I want to play now.
I’m jealous that you’ve gotten that kind of feedback. I’ve been stuck in an almost 30 hour limbo of showing the orders complete, with nothing having been done.
Had my ticket open for 4 hours, and haven’t even gotten the generic form of “we’ve seen your message, we’ll assign it to the correct team.”
I wanna know what big brain decided to release an auto ban wave right before releasing Wrath classic, and didn’t think to bring in a ton more temporary support workers.
While the wait time is a little longer than normal, it is not taking seven days. Think I saw over all the chaos that it’s maybe at 3-4? But it may be better than that, I’ve not seen any estimates offered up since that particular one. Sometimes there are quests that shoot over mail some time after completion, so that could be the case.
Perhaps one of our SFAs can take a peek, but otherwise you would have to wait on your ticket. I’m sorry there isn’t a better answer.

Some quests and events produce emails that are ‘delayed’ - you actually get them, but just can’t see them for a few days.
Looks like that has been taken care of - give it a go now.

If you don’t do a quest for the zombie event, will you still get a mail item/reward/notification?
I’d like to know as I’m transferring also and don’t want to deal with this crap of waiting

No. If you haven’t done any of the quests that later send you mail you should be fine.

i am having the same problem, its been 2 days since i got the “you have mail in your mailbox” but i do not, ive waited 2 days, i just wannt play with my friends but instead im stuck on this 6hr que server

its for my character shankyleg, ive given up now though i have stuff in the AH again and people already bought some. everytime i went to support for help instead of letting me submit a ticket it takes me to the forums
Well, there are 4 emails from quests that will eventually show up, can take between 2-4 days.
Also see 4 AH sales.

Happy when we can be of service, Shankyleg. Normally this should be done through tickets, but at the moment I understand there are extenuating circumstances and time sensitive.

This is also happening to me, I’ve been trying to figure out how to fix is all day today and yesterday. I submitted a ticket but my guilds doing Sunwell tonight on Eranikus and im stuck on Grob
