I need help i have hidden mail that isnt showing up

Wont let me xfer servers cause of mail?

I’m trying to use the free transfer to get my character from Benediction to Sulfuras. I’m done being scared to log off because of 5+ hours que times. Now it’s saying that I can’t do the transfer because of some mail and to delete my mail… Well I didn’t have any mail, I Removed add-ons and I even used the recover mail service to maybe see if something was bugged.
