Leeway bugs isolated on beta with tests

What is leeway? Leeway is a bonus applied to the range of melee attacks and spells when both targets are moving to account for lag/ping etc. (This is a Vanilla feature). Recent videos from the beta have shown how this works. I’m not here to debate this as blizzard has stated this is working as intended. Leeway is broken and unnecessary

I understand why this mechanic was in vanilla wow, the average connection was terrible at the time, but this is just ridiculous. For those who dont know what lee way is, its a mechanic that allowed you to hit tagets running away from furture away to compensate for server lag.
