Do we still have no one working on the weekly reset bug that prevents players from receiving coffer keys, gear, rep, crests etc.? 2 weeks now and crickets. In-game tickets have been sent repeatedly and the only thing we get back is some garbage auto response to check friggin Wowhead. Seriously? Players are literally unsubscribing because of this issue.

It has been reported in the Bug Report forum and other locations. We have actually stated that we’re aware of it and it is being looked into.
Game Masters are not able to fix bugs, the proper course of action is to submit a bug report through the in-game interface option found under the Support Menu, or by posting in the Bug Report forum, which as noted, has been done by many who have experienced this issue.
I’m afraid there is little else I can say as I don’t know the status of the investigation, only that it is being investigated, something that started when it was originally reported a couple of weeks ago.
