Weekly reset bug prevents players from getting coffer keys, gear etc

It has been reported in the Bug Report forum and other locations. We have actually stated that we’re aware of it and it is being looked into. Game Masters are not able to fix bugs, the proper course of action is to submit a bug report through the in-game interface option found under the Support Menu, or by posting in the Bug Report forum, which as noted, has been done by many who have experienced this issue.
