Seasonal Showcase
Greetings from the folks over at the Wyrmrest Community Project! In the spirit of fostering growth for the Wyrmrest Accord Alliance RP Community, the WCP hosts its first Seasonal Showcase during Children’s Week.
Children’s Week will be upon us soon, and we would like YOUR assistance with creating a spectacular showcase that demonstrates what YOUR guild or character does for the children of the Alliance. If you are interested in assisting, please read the sign up details of this post and sign up below!
The event will be set in Cathedral Square in Stormwind to celebrate the Children’s Week in-game event. We decided this would be a perfect opportunity to show off all the RP that Wyrmrest Accord Alliance has to offer!
The Theme:
“How does your character or order give back to the Alliance and prepare to make the Alliance great for future generations?”
This is one of the first steps we are taking as part of the Wyrmrest Community Projcet to help revitalize Wyrmrest Accord RP. We aim to help organize events, and bring people together in the name of community-driven RP.

How to Get Involved
For this event, we encourage Alliance guilds and individual characters to visit the Showcase to demonstrate their values and goals by creating and engaging in interactive roleplay.
Participants interested in putting their efforts on display can sign up to operate a section of the venue, where they are encouraged to organize a special event, stall or performance of their own design that is unique to the Showcase theme and the values they personally uphold.
If you or your community would like to come show off what you do best, while spending an evening in Cathedral Square, we would love to have you sign up for a showcase stall below.
Sign Ups
Please note: We hope to see guilds and individuals signing up for stalls, but respectfully ask participants to refrain from using this event to /yell about their guilds.
Examples of showcase stalls may include: entertainers putting on a show for the children (and passersby), vendors setting up shop to sell food or wares befitting the holiday (Children’s Week), military personnel or groups executing martial displays or offering free lessons in self-defense techniques, and much more - etc.
There are 12 available Showcase Stalls, and they will be filled on a first-come-first serve basis for those who reply to this post with the copy-paste sign up form below.

#1: FABULOUS FUN

Kahleem the Fabulous Kahleem is willing to part with some of his bauble collection and pets from his menagerie for the sake of charity. Also, there is a magical story time segment prepared!
#5: TALES FROM THE CRYPT
Entertainment
Thomasbates An anonymous knight has volunteered to tell fairytales and stories to the orphans of the Alliance to fill them with joy and hope. Big kids are also encouraged to stay a while and listen!
#6: GRILLING FOR GOOD
Vendor, Raffle
Híira Híira and her partner Ressie would like to raise money for the local children’s orphanage in Stormwind. Come join us for some BBQ Talbuk made by the master griller herself, with all proceeds going towards the Stormwind Orphanage. Every purchase of a combination meal includes entrance into a raffle for a FREE Elekk Plushie.
#7: BREAK OF DAWN
Vendor, Service
Legion of the Dawn Engage in the cultural and militant traditions of the stalwart protectors of Azeroth. Consultation on religious matters, information on oaths and tenets, as well as prayer beads and other ritualistic items for sale. Additionally, Lightforged steel, weapons, armaments and armor will be for sale. All proceeds go to the war in the North. Donations accepted.
#8: DUSKWOOD TEA & TAILOR

Cyli Larkhins Tea and herbals plus tailor services and the finest of silk clothes. Come celebrate the finest Duskwood has to offer with the bright Guarde. For the children!
#10: THE CALL OF THE CRUSADE

The Argent Crusade offers a special welcome to all Veterans of the Third War, of the Northrend Campaign, The Broken Shore, and recent Scourge resurgence - who can enjoy complimentary food and drink from our booth! Honor the memory of our sisters and brothers lost in battle by sharing a drink and a tale of past battles while in our lounge.
