With the WoW Classic PTR now open for business, we have a test environment where we can dig into some of the content that is coming soon to WoW Classic.
To be specific, our plan is to open Arathi Basin on all realms the week of March 10. At that time, we will also kick off the Battleground Holidays system.
We plan to open Zul’Gurub and release the fabled Dragons of Nightmare in April.
We’ll let you know as soon as we have an exact time that those content unlocks will occur.
Interesting news. Can I offer up some feedback? The timeline is now moving faster than the last iteration of the Nost core, Northdale. Unless you guys plan on stretching out P5, BWL gear will become the “bis” of Classic because you’re releasing without ample time to farm said gear from other raids.
Which maybe is what you guys want so there is a bit more of a difficulty curve, whatever it may be, to AQ and Naxx. It’s a curious thought nonethelss. What’s the rush? Is it just a perception or is there a planned lull after P4?
I’m imagining people will get tired of ZG due to its frequency very quick, which may cause a rushed reaction from you guys for AQ? Is it a fair call out/concern to say that this feels rushed?
Thank you! This will fix the issue of people having issues in BWL - ZG catchup gear + enchants + buffs!
AB premades. AB PREMADES. Open it on the PTR please so we can atleast get the bugs/exploits fixed before you release it. The main ones being the fence jump at the start - rooftop safespotting flag caps.
Do you know what version of the ZG Head/Leg enchants that will come with release. Will you be using Dolls/Tokens or will Hakkari Idols come with Phase 4?
