Hmm but it has a 1.13.3 build.

I’d guess it rather be for stress testing the AQ event.

Or maybe just NOCHANGES? Wasn’t BWL around the time when PTR first came to be?

I’m guessing it for fixing bugs making sure the rest of the phases come out clean. I know there’s still some weird stuff with batching and certain abilities that needs to be fixed
