Which is basically the same thing that people said about bailing on m+ runs. Everybody thought since there was no way you could prove intent, that blizz would remain hands offâŚuntil they werenât hands off.
There are measures built in that prevent the lead of a group from kicking someone in a premade?
Nope? This isnât a court of law. You donât go to the forums to try to argue that you werenât kicked justifiably. Thereâs no take backsies. If somebody gets kicked then thatâs it and itâll stay automated forever.
âGrief threadsâ with absolutely no evidence whatsoever that there was any actual griefing that happened
Those threads are just people whining because they get kicked for valid reasons that theyâre too unaware or bad to comprehend
The only time anyone has posted proof of the supposed grief kicking, it turned out that they themselves were the problem with the group, the group was more than patient with them, but eventually ended up kicking them for a valid reason.
That would likely be considered a form of harassment/trolling if they are doing it frequently near the end of a dungeon after all the effort has been put in. The only point there would be to deny the person the end of dungeon reward at that point.
I kicked a tank during the last boss because he kept bubbling himself and dropping agro, when I told him what it does and that he shouldnât be doing that, he replied:
âWho the f*** caresâ
Immediate vote kick, passes, and we kill the last boss without him.
Yes, this is perfectly fine. But I suspect it assumes someone isnât kicking people repeatedly right at the end a large? amount of times.
I mean, rules are rulesâŚwithin reason. If blizz starts to detect someone is doing something stupid (like bailing on a lot of m+ dungeons or in this case, kicking lots and lots of people right before the last boss of a dungeon), I suspect theyâll bring out the âgameplay sabotageâ excuse once more.
As to whether the OP was hit by someone whoâs doing it heaps and heaps of times for blizz to even noticeâŚwell thatâs a different story.
Exactly. If someone is doing something like this often enough to actually attract blizzâs attention, then they will eventually get hit with some sort of punishment. Blizzâs official policy on booting someone from a group mentions nothing of abusing such a feature.
