At the time this was originally posted the mount being missing was still an emerging issue. I checked for the mount and saw it, so let them know because it was likely an issue with looting from the chest, or one with their filters, as it seemed top already be part of their collection (something that was happening when the Trading Post first became active).
A lot of folks did receive it, it just took a little time for it to show up in their collection or, because of an issue with pulling items out of the chest, took awhile for it to be retrieved.
I canât say with absolute certainty, but considering how these things are behaving, the OPâs issue likely wasnât the same as what is happening now.
I did look at your collection, it wasnât there. Which means it is almost certainly due to the current bug being looked into.
As these types of requests tend to snowball, and I wanted to discourage dozens of others who may also not have received their mount from making the same request, I wanted to provide details of what you can look for / how the system behaves, that you can look for (i.e. if it were part of your collection youâd see it or otherwise be able to /cast it).

umm did the 1000 points for travelerâs log. Ran over to stormwind. I didnât even get the 400 tokens. i got 200 and then no mount. I did that last night. I checked the mount tab and it didnât show up. I reset the char and switched thinking. I even removed all filterâs and still donât have it. and when i finished the thing last night i didnât even get anything that says it was added to my mount tab.
Perfect, I finished too and didnât receive it. I waited a day and still nothing. I checked my collections too and also did the standard report a bug through the game. For me btw i canât even accept tokens but I may have maxed it. Not sure
Okay I have yet to receive the mount. Itâs been over a day. Sayâs you have collected all the rewards for this month. Chest not interactable on any character. I just want to be sure Iâm not aloneâŚ
Itâs a well-known issue at this point, for some people - not universal, but there are a good handful of reports about the issue, and there are a couple of different kinds of issues that people are having. Theyâre investigating but theyâre not sure why itâs affecting some people.
From what Iâm hearing, some things that have fixed it for some people include:
Turning off all addons
Doing a full UI reset
Logging out for an appreciable amount of time
(Edited to add one more bit) Logging back in on the character that first started the Trading Post quest chain, and making sure that they completed it.
Iâd try all of those things, try to loot the chest/look at your adventure log/look at your mount collection, and if that doesnât workâŚhang tight. Put in a bug report or post to one of the threads in the Tech Support forum to indicate that youâre affected, and know that theyâre working on it.
i have the same problem, but i can see that other could reclaim the mount, itâs frustrating finish all requirements to can get this gift but the end you finish with the empty hands
Travelersâ log states I have collected all rewards⌠but no I didnât.
While raiding on an alt (evoker) fulfilled my last requirement: âDefeat 25 Raid Bossesâ and got a message on my screen that I finished all the things. Got excited and completed the raid on a high note.
After a couple hours or so, finally got my alt back to SW and no love. No new mount box on my list or pak, no way to open the chest at the Trading Post. Logged on with my main, and still no love.
I will note the following:
While completing the requirements, sometimes they would update right away, but most the time would update almost 2 hours after actually doing the requirement - until I logged onto my alt and went into Dragonflight lands - then everything updated pronto and upon completion.
Ashâadar does -not- show up anywhere on my mounts list when filtering for âNot Collectedâ as well as âUnusableâ - even to get a preview. Would this have something to do with it?
As much as I hate to say this, Iâm just glad to see Iâm not the only one affected. I was so happy to see that Iâd achieved the mount reward and nearly devastated when it didnât show up in my logs or pack as a clickable item. Guess Iâll keep watching the forum to keep updated.
