Known issue. Fix will be applied as soon as they firm it up or perhaps with reset tomorrow. The exact time of implementation has not been shared yet.

Checked today to see if the mount and missing 300 tender had appeared for me and all of my currency was gone too. This is really stressing me out.

Same - completed it on my main - no mount - purchased the other rewards I was interested in and they did show up, however at 1000 completed no mount was granted. So I worked on my alt who had only 50 more to go - which shouldn’t have been the case he did not receive it either.

Same here, try following what was posted here. However, I also did lose all my access to my other mounts on the toon I start the Trading Post on. So I have one character that can not ride a single Mount. :rofl:

Or never received the pretty kitty. Hopefully tomorrow patch will fix it.

I have a ton of alts and I logged into an alt that I hadn’t used for awhile and I was finally able to get my missing mount and tenders. Maybe try creating a new alt or logging into a alt you haven’t used for a bit.

I had been unable to obtain the mount after getting the 1k tenders since Saturday. I logged on to my main this morning to check and got a notification that I could loot the chest for my rewards, and the kitty was there. Not sure if this will be the case for everyone, but for me it finally worked.

Then, you need to file a report in the Bug Report Forum where the people who work on such things are. They are not on this particular forum and posting here does absolutely nothing to help your issue.

My adventure guide says I need to have “active play time” to access the trader’s log. I DO have active play time, and a recurring account. Anyone else have this issue?

Did your time recently renew? Exit the game and launcher, wait 15 minutes then log back in and see if that helps.
