Second update!
The root cause for this bug has been fixed, which means new character services as of roughly 2:30PM Pacific today will not encounter this bug with their Titan Research Archive. It will properly transfer your progress correctly. Now that the fix is officially deployed and no new players are getting stuck in this way, we can begin pulling data for affected characters to heal up your Titan Research Archive.
I donāt have anything to share about how the characters are being healed up yet, but we can officially begin the process of collecting the impacted characters and testing our solution that we plan on rolling out to the realms. When we have more details to share, Iāll be back with more news!

do we need to let you know that we are affected with the talent bug on the titanic research archive or you guys already have a list cause i transfer and it happen to me

No need to open a ticket or contact Customer Support for these. We can pull all the impacted characters on our end and fix everyone up in one go. Hang tight! Thanks for being patient while we handled this one - it was a doozy.

I just checked my character. I donāt see anything that indicates it was addressed for characters that were affected by this bug.
Per the Blue post earlier, it didnāt fix characters already affected, just fixed it from happening on new transfers. Glax said that theyāll be working on that next.

You would not have, at this point. The cause of the issue has been fixed. The results of the issue have not yet been.
Iām going to assume no rough estimate is determined, and to continue saving my visions until Iām completely capped out and need to use them.

Yes Iām fine spending them and the fix will just have us reimbursed mementos for what was missing.
The thing is, Iām down 3 levels now and doing visions is a tad bit more difficult without them. I would rather have the mementos to spend to have a better chance on going deeper in them. Iāll just have to wait
Ah gotcha! Totally makes sense
Be careful you donāt cap your Corrupted Visions while waiting. Iām about to hit cap and already have five vessels in my inventory. If this change doesnāt drop soon, Iāll start getting further behind. I need the elite sanity refund before clearing the whole thing as my guildies are doing.
