Flask of Supreme Power
Item Level 60
Requires Level 50
Use: [Increases damage done by magical spells and effects by up to 150 for 2 hrs. You can only have the effect of one flask at a time. This effect persists through death.

WHICH MEANS YOU CAN ONLY HAVE EITHER FLASK OF SUPREME POWER, FLASK OF TITANS, FLASK OF DISTILLED WISDOM OR FLASK OF CHROMATIC RESISTANCE

it does NOT mean that the Flask doesn’t stack with Greater Arcane Elixir, Shadow Power Potion or Greater Firepower Potion

Uh huh, still lost in the end. Not going to be able to stack buffs like on private servers.

Besides we are still waiting on you to prove ret can do dps bevause youtube video from private servers, provate server testing, and slapping a target dummy is not testing.

tell me more about how battle and guardian elixirs were in Vanilla bro…

As of patch 2.1, all potions and elixirs that added a buff were designated as either Battle Elixirs or [Guardian Elixirs]. The Battle Elixirs being those that increase attack power, strength, damage versus certain monsters, etc. Elixirs will stack with ability-generated buffs [Trueshot Aura] for example) but will not stack with other Battle Elixirs.

They were, just like how item level existed in classic. You quoted a tool tip change. Wowhead-classic is the authority on the matter and it says you’re wrong.

I hate to burst your bubble, but paladin tier 2 has spell healing on it. It won’t do ret a bit of good.

the stats changed 3 times over the course of Vanilla

  • first it was a full on Ret set with loads of STR/AGI
  • in 1.6 when BWL launched, it was changed to only +healing
  • in 1.9 it was changed again to +spell dmg/healing

since Classic will be set at 1.12 then the last version is the stat allocation that will be available (spell dmg/healing)
