Which is it? Visual bug or are my reports not going through?

(btw, I don’t care about this guy selling runs but he’s flooding LD channel with that advert with less than a one minute interval.)

The in-game report function is currently down.

Not able to report people in game(?)

Not sure if this is the right place as I see no actual area to inquire/report said issue. But trying to report a player for hacking/cheating and when reporting them I get the whole “Thank you for report” pop-up but in the in-game chat box it says Report system unavailable. So are we not able to report players for malicious actions, or anything for that matter?

Report System Unavailable

Tried to report accounts committed to exploiting/gold farming and i keep getting this error. With the system error i have seen a sudden increase in accounts at known farm spots taking advantage of this issue. Is there a timeline as to when it will be fixed? I have been resorting to sending emails to hacks@blizzard.com along with screenshots and video footage of these activities along with the names of the avatars and servers they operate from in the mean time.
