Tried to report accounts committed to exploiting/gold farming and i keep getting this error.

With the system error i have seen a sudden increase in accounts at known farm spots taking advantage of this issue.

Is there a timeline as to when it will be fixed?

I have been resorting to sending emails to hacks@blizzard.com along with screenshots and video footage of these activities along with the names of the avatars and servers they operate from in the mean time.

Is that when you are using the right-click report option, Rasath? I’m not seeing any issues with it myself.

I don’t know if it would help, but you might try resetting your User Interface to see if anything there is causing an issue.

If you continue to have an issue even with the default UI, please submit a bug report so our QA team can take a look.

This might be related to the server crashing and horrible lag throughout the entire game right now.

Been this way since yesterday for me on Moon Guard as well. Reports for inappropriate names, chat, botting/hacks all fail: Report System Unavailable.

I used hacks@blizzard.com earlier for some gathering bots as the report system is just not there atm.

If it is recent, it may. Once these issues clear up give it another try.

Just a quick FYI, gold farming isn’t something that is reportable, as it isn’t against the CoC, but if they are exploiting, then yeah.

ongoing, people are spamming the n word repeatedly in scarlet monastery and no one is able to report them. unbelievable.

Yeah some of it is pretty bad. I have not seen that bad today…yet. But as word gets out…
