Agreed…but they weren’t targeted and ilvl upgrades were potentially downgrades so ilvl didn’t mean anything
But if that is your actual expectation, then great.
Just need to get everyone else on board so Blizz can be connected with what the player base wants
Ilvl upgrades can still be downgraded. And 60 items randomly did the job. If they want to go that way they can.
Then people would whine it wasn’t BiS stats or not every slot. People who whine about loot are never happy.
Can’t please everyone all the time, doesn’t mean you can’t please as many as possible.

Lots of people are posting about how good the gearing feels and they came back from being unsubbed since cata and love sl but people who were used to the tf loot pinata of the last two expansions are threatening to unsub. Usually in March or something when their subs are supposedly up.

I think the OP is attempting to say that the lack of loot drops in raid make it more of a grind when you expect no loot to drop from the raid rather just to knock it out to fill the vault. Lack of incentive imo.

For raid loot specifically, the OP is spot on. At the current gearing rate it seems like it will be impossible to get fully raid geared in 1 season

He is very elitist about the strangest things, but loot? I agree with him totally on it.
Yeah it makes no sense to do raid and get NOTHING from it. Most of my gear has come from the vault and that just feels god awful.
Bust your butt each week and wait for Tuesday. How delightful! /s

Unfortunately the system is designed that if you’re only doing 1/3 viable gearing paths.
You will fall behind.

I don’t know what people expect Blizzard to say about this, since they explicitly stated that they were deliberately going out of their way to screw everyone.
Which is also why any “we’ll fix it!” promises ring hollow, since they made things this way on purpose.
I guess it was my fault for not stating, I have put effort into Mythic + as well as Heroic raid. But still my point stands. Feels fairly bad to get nothing by doing the core content and waiting 7 days at a time.
PVP is not something I will put effort into as I do not enjoy that aspect and never have. Last time I ever did PVP in a meaningful way was vanilla and to show for it I have the sergeant title and nothing else.
