Very rare for a person to stay at a job for more than 4 yrs,you are lucky to stay longer.
It will with Activision power.
To be honest, he wasnât really doing a good job lately :v
Quest have been really subpar over the course of BFA and SL, even WQs are clearly designed to be time sinks and not fun activities.
Nothing against the guy, but maybe him leaving is a good thing for wow.
If you donât read the quest text nor follow the character development and just consider it quest code 114325 then that is on you. Might want to play the game instead of studying Wowhead so you can enjoy the game more.
Iâm in the same boat as Hounze. I donât think people leaving is really anything amazing (except for some of the big, driving names like Jeff Kaplan) by itself. The whole picture is kind of concerning, but Blizzâll fail when it fails, yâknow? Could be tomorrow, could be a decade from now. By the time they collapse I, and likely the rest of the playerbase, will be so sick of them that itâll be viewed as a good thing.
Surely you meant Gabe Kaplan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZzEzDkeHzI
Not so much irreplaceable as that replacing all the people who have left will take a great deal of time to get them up to a place of productivity. Likely that period of time will result in even longer delays in what should have been upcoming content for 9.2.
Well, ppl have been giving the devs crap for a long time now. Replacing them can only make the game better, right?
It might.
Let someone else get a crack at it.
If you think that not replacing the many employees who have left the company is a part of the solution, good thing youâre not in charge of blizzard.
Was this the guy who came up with these quests that donât give you all the objectives at once? If so, good riddance.
how else would i be able to do this:

Blizzard doesnât pay very much + working on WoW has no prestige anymore = talented people leave.
Can people seriously stop saying this. WoW has amazing talent and so does blizzard as a whole. Talent isnât the issue WoW is having atm, itâs design philosophy, leadership and organization that is obviously their problem and why we are seeing such crappy patches/times.
People in senior management positions arenât being underpaid. It is completely naive to think so. There is most likely a toxic culture pushing people away or it is an avalanche where someone who is admired leaves and poaches good people from the company.
interns running the show
This is GD, the janitor quitting would be huge news.
I think it would be, given that nobody wants to clean the workplace bathroom.
Trevor is what George Carlin would have called a âsoft nameâ.
omg did they?
