I know it’s been mentioned here

but nothing beats the poop quest in which you not only have to poop, but you have to fish through your own poop (supposedly) to find the thing.

I’ve haven’t found a poop quest in shadowlands but have thought that maybe I was the turd while getting flushed into the maw.
