Again. You’re wasting everyone’s time. Blizzard doesn’t care about your VOD. You aren’t going to go into arbitration over a video game ban.
All you can do is appeal and that’s it.

That’s not how it works. Tons of cheats or hacks could be used in the background. Mages don’t get banned for sm solo runs utilizing the same techniques with pathing. Just because you were leveling when you got actioned doesn’t mean that had anything to do with the trigger.
Dude, seriously, the first sentence of the EULA talks about arbitration. There will be no arbitration or any other legal avenue for you.
Same applies to you then
I didn’t flag you either.
Well pass it along sooner or later it will reach the right person.
Dude clearly trolling if he’s talking about any sort of legal action.
Understand people are allowed to flag anything they see as inappropriate to the forums. Coming in and immediately insulting someone? Not good and will earn you flags. Saying such a thing is not copesetic. This is not the place for it, and even in GD that would have gotten flagged just as fast.
When used in a derogatory way? Yes. And you’re absolutely right I flagged it, as it was in fact, used in a derogatory way
Lol you work for blizzard now? Sm mage runs utilizing pathing is fine but zf isn’t?
To initiate arbitration, you need to send Blizzard a dispute notification and try to resolve it within 30 days. If pre-litigation settlement does not work, you can file a request for arbitration with AAA. The request should describe the dispute, your claims, and provide evidence.
For the record, generalizing a server in the way you did is also against the rules. Keep on digging that hole. And I am going to step away from this conversation as you are going to continue on insulting others in a place you really should not.
So, you just randomly jump into a thread just to insult people?
I would stop now if you value your posting abilities.
Trust me, you do not want to catch the ire of our beloved panda lady or our very wise centar.
The EULA says they’ll try to settle “disputes” informally and this is what they’re going to do… send you a copy of this that you agreed to.
1. Blizzard reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, or for no reason, with or without notice to you. For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most Account suspensions and terminations are the result of violations of this Agreement. In case of minor violations of these rules, Blizzard may provide you with a prior warning and/or suspend your use of the Account due to your non-compliance prior to terminating the Agreement or modifying or deleting an Account.
2. In the event of a termination of this Agreement, any right you may have had to any pre-purchased Game access or virtual goods, such as digital cards, currency, weapons, armor, wearable items, skins, sprays, pets, mounts, etc., are forfeit, and you agree and acknowledge that you are not entitled to any refund for any amounts which were pre-paid on your Account prior to any termination of this Agreement. In addition, you will not be able to use the Platform. The Dispute Resolution provisions of this Agreement will survive termination and apply to all Disputes that arose or could have been initiated prior to termination.
Copy and pasted from the EULA, section 10B. Notice the part that says “for any reason.” You don’t have a legal leg to stand on.
It can get worse from there, but heeding my exhortation or not makes no difference to me.
