Then you would need to lawyer up. And at that point, Blizzard will no longer discuss anything with you.
Since you’re not going to do that, let’s keep this about the appeals process instead.

There isn’t going to be a case. Even if, for some reason, you found a lawyer willing to take Blizzard to court over this, you’d get dog walked out of the courthouse and still be on the hook for everything.
In the context of a support forum, that is what you have done, whether you meant to or not.
And from within this context, it was rather irresponsible that you did. It’s claims like that which get seen, twisted and amplified across the internet.
Again, if it is upheld as a suspension, you will get nothing, because you broke the contract you signed to be even able to play. All there is to it. And trust me you do not want to go down the route of trying to sue in this situation, as a breach of contract fully covers Blizzard on a lawsuit from a ban. You signed, and if you breached that, you are liable, and you will pay everything.
And just to jump off this, and hopefully nip the see in the bud:
When/if you go the route of legal, you’d be paying for your own fees and time. The US system, at least to my understanding, doesn’t have the other party pay for for their fees. This isn’t a common thing to do, let alone for something that Blizzard owns legally.
You would end up paying your lawyer up front and when it gets tossed out paying blizzards legal bill as well.
The only time the person being sued would have to pay, is if they lost and the judge ordered it. The odds of that happening in a situation like this one is zero, because of how the ToS, EULA, and CoC are all written. Every base is covered.
I’m just a chill guy, so I’ll have to wait for Blizzard’s response. I’m just saying it’s good to have a record of your gameplay so that no one can say you’re hacking or using cheats. However, I do not understand why you are still replying to this post claiming that I use cheats? You’re clearly trolling me for some reason, which is why I gladly asked you to stop replying to this post , because this thread is about helping .
There is nothing anyone here can do to help you. And I’ve already told you I will reply where I choose. The only ones at this point trolling is yourself as well as Regret. You have had your answers, and the fact you are starting to talk about litigation, is only furthering that fact. Again, I watched your vod. I watched you use a known exploit. Chances are you have been using that exploit for a while at this point, which has flagged the system and earned you a ban for doing so. But regardless a blue will likely come in and tell you the exact same thing as we have.
No one here can help you and this is not the place to plead your case in anything.
Good luck to you
I can’t tell if you’re being serious or not but my advice to you is to give up the armchair lawyer route.
When it comes down to it, I don’t think it matters if you cheated or not. It’s been awhile since I’ve read the ToS but I’m pretty sure it still says that Blizzard can pretty much do whatever they want with your account, character, gear, etc. and you smashed the “I Agree” button to that.
So there’s no legal avenue for you at all. All you can do is keep appealing and I genuinely wish you the best of luck with that.
Think about time for this to get locked. Keep going in pointless circles
I got some good advice from Perl that answers my question, so you’re wrong about not getting help.
After watching my VOD, you still claim that I was banned deservedly, but the reason for my ban is “Exploitation: Unauthorized cheat programs (hacks).” The video clearly shows that there are no cheats or hacks here, so you are wrong again.
At this point for me it looks like a clear trolling from your side . That’s why it’s the last time I reply to ur message .
And there you have it. Who would of thought using an exploit was, and wait for it…exploitation
You understand that cheats don’t show up on your wow screen when your playing right. So you showing a video of you leveling doesn’t show anything at all about your ban.
Here’s why Blizzard doesn’t watch or use those as evidence one way or the other.
There is absolutely nothing stopping you from stopping stream, booting up a fishing bot, and fishing away off stream.
There would be no stream “evidence” of the botting but Blizzard would catch it in their logs.
Please note I’m not saying you did or did not, just that VODs are absolutely useless.
Stop spreading nonsense assumptions and flagging everyone who responds to you.
I can guarantee it’s not Regret flagging you.
I have no idea about cheats , i mean why would i need to cheat if I can make a 7min run in Zul’farrak and keep leveling with a super fast speed . It’s clearly we can use the video of our gameplay as a tool to prove our innocence, both to people we know and to arbitration.
Well, if you are referencing your first post, it was likely flagged due to you insulting people at the end of the post. Calling someone “special” in a derogatory way may not be profane, but it is still not allowed anywhere in game or on the forums.
Also, players are allowed to use their flags however they want. If Regretful wants to use their five flags to report people who disagree with them, that’s their choice.
The way you are running dungeons and leveling super fast IS the cheat. Stop doing it.
