So , i bought the mount separately from the 6 month bunddle but i’m already in a subscription. Because I have the same issue as everyone where i cannot see the mount , i opened a ticket.
The response was an automatic one, which is lame tbh, but in that response it says that if you are already in a subscription you will be getting the mount for free as with every other subscription mount, the date is by july 13th which again, it sucks, but hey at least we have that part cleared.
So, now i want a refund because im not wiling to be paying for something im gonna get for free, how do i get a refund for that ???
I think you can put in a billing ticket asking to refund the mount by itself if you clearly and concisely explain you’re getting a duplicate because of the subscription.
I have recurring 6th month subscription but did not get the mount in my gift. I see people flying on it on my server. Is there a problem on the roll out of the mount ?

One of the six-month mounts I got before the Blog page was up. This one just went through for me in the last five minutes. Hang in there. They are coming through.
Yes, that sounds about right, Zerabittoo. The issue that the others are experiences are if they specifically purchased the mount or the subscription bundle. If you have an active 6 month subscription you would fall under the following section outlined in the blog.
Players on an existing 6-month recurring subscription with a future renewal date will receive the Sapphire Skyblazer mount and Imp-in-a-Ball at no additional charge, no later than July 13, 2021.
I’m having a related issue. I have a recurring 6-month sub, and the gift does show up in the Battle.net app, but my region (US) is not showing when I go to claim it. It only shows EU, KR, and TW. Any help would be much appreciated.
Edit: Oddly, I just logged into the game, and it showed up as a gift in my mount menu. So weird. It still shows in the Battle.net client, too, but I’m guessing that will go away.
That sounds like something you may want to file a ticket for, with it being weird regional things. Unfortunately, there are no GMs on this forum, and tickets are the only way to get in contact with them.
Just be patient as you’ll likely get a template response with the easily accessible information, just resubmit the same ticket with the “I still have an issue” option. It’ll go into a bit of a higher queue as a response, and they’ll get you taken care of.

I feel like I am flying or riding around on a blue Cardinal when using this mount. It is my favorite of the other 6 month sub mounts. The animations are very good. Be sure to do the /mountspecial trick with it. Funny.
how can we claim it by july 13th when we have no option to claim it? I purchased the mount received the email. order is complete but I have no option to claim the mount anywhere! Can not try the macro as I can not claim it
