It’s not working for me, the macro and just typing /use Sapphire Skyblazer, i bought it through the in game shop, but didnt buy the 6month sub part, are we forced to buy the sub part to use the mount? Cause i just spent the $26 on it
I could be wrong, but I believe that there may be a Federal tax now in Canada on these sorts of purchases.

No. It is included with that bundle but can be purchased separately. I don’t see anything wrong with the purchase, you should have it available.
Make sure you have relogged.
I’ve relogged multiple times, even had to restart my entire PC because it was having its own personal issues, logged in, didn’t work, doesn’t exist, says i own the item but its not letting me use it on anything

Just want to throw another report in here instead of making a ticket. I too have an active 6 month sub and don’t have my blue turbo chicken. /use sapphire skyblazer doesnt work for me btw.

As I mentioned earlier, there is no active blog currently that provides information on when the mount will be awarded. Meaning, that process likely has not happened yet and I would keep an eye on the main site for the announcement.
So since I have a reoccurring 6month I will get this mount correct? just a matter of time?
Yes. They will announce it some time in the near future I would imagine.

Historically, when these come out, those people already on 6-month reoccurring subscriptions automatically get the gift/mount/etc. But those tend to be sent out in batches and the date for when those are completed by is typically noted in the form of news on the main page.

Same issue here. /use Sapphire Skyblazer does work. Made a temporary macro until it’s fixed.

I bought a 6 month sub then re-started Wow and the mount didn’t show up. So I shut the game down and tried again to no avail. However your macro did work me and summoned the mount. (Thank you for the macro)

The macro is working, so I can use that as a workaround, thanks! Just in case this information is relevant, I purchased it with battle net balance, accumulated via wow tokens I bought with gold.
The mount was added to my Mount Journal earlier. But when I logged back in a few hours later, it was gone. Macro still works tho.
This is the exact issue that’s happening to me. What did I sub 6 months for? False advertising?

I just purchased this mount using USD and it is not showing up in Mount tab but did try the work around and it worked for me
Mine is missing too, I just logged back on after using it all night and it’s disappeared but still says I own it in the shop.

Same here - purchased through shop and its gone but still says I have it purchased in the store.

Woke up this morning and it was gone from the mount tab for me as well. The macro does work and it shows as owned on the ingame shop so something funky is still going on.

Did you brought an auto-renewing sub, or a block of six months of game time?

Blizzard doesn’t sell those any more. One-time-buy game time is now only 60 days or (in-game) a token for 30 days.
