Used in-game gold to purchase this through blizzard balance and the mount isn’t showing up in my mount tab yet, and i’ve already purchased it. When will this show up in my mount tab?

Same. Bought two tokens, bought from the in-game shop. Tried logging in to a few characters, logged into a classic character, tried killing the background bnet agent process and restarting. Don’t have any updates pending. Still no bird.
Should note, I did get a toast message saying I had added the mount to the collection, and it shows as acquired in the shop.
I’m seeing the same issue unfortunately, I even added another 6 months to make sure I had it but still no bird.

Same placed order, Money withdrawn at 2:00 eastern and nothing.
I’m having the same issue, bought two wow tokens, told me I had it but it’s not showing up anywhere.
Thanks, all! Looks like we are getting a bunch of these reports and we’ve forwarded it to be looked at. In the meantime, you may be able to use “/use sapphire skyblazer” as a temporary workaround.

I created the macro. So you can have a button with the mount icon.

Just a heads up for anyone, it didn’t seem to work for me and I have a 6 month sub.
*edit - it being “/use sapphire skyblazer”
*edit#2 - updating my payment info seemed to fix whatever was going on. My card on file expired since my last renewal and updating expiration and cvv did the trick. But it’s still not showing in the collection so typing in “/use sapphire skyblazer” still needs to be used.
Bought with cash 10 minutes ago, restarted everything and it hasn’t been delivered. No gift notification, no mount in tab, nothing. Card has been charged, though.

This is specifically for folks that purchased the mount through the store, Foxmulder. Did you purchase the mount from the shop?
If you are referring to those with an active 6 month subscription, I don’t believe a blog has been published with information on that yet.

For those having issues - I had to remove/readd the payment method (for my already active 6 month sub) which allowed me to use the macro. The mount is still not showing up in the mount journal however.
Just don’t accidently add another subscription. Just remove/re-add the payment method.

Also weirdly trying to purchase it through shop, keeps telling me I don’t have enough with bnet balance when I have 33.99 CAD and the mount cost 32 CAD
Might be tax? I’m not sure how much it would be in total. Unless you absolutely can’t wait, definitely don’t buy it separately.
