I’m having the same trouble. I can’t remember that far back! Can blue help list the servers that I was on?
Just back after… well… just before panda’s came out… Found some, but mains are missing. Really don’t want to have to go through all the servers!
It might help to provide a little information, Darkmoone. Such as do you recall the names of the characters you are looking for? Their level? Race? Class?

The Primary ones were Hoppee who was a gnome rogue and a bank character MistahBanker, human rogue (I believe) As well there was Paqs, Human Paladin. There were more… I had no life! 
Stoneheart(e) was another, I believe. Orc Shaman
From what I can see that character and a majority of others on this WoW license are on Uther with some others on Ursin.
You have a few others on Scarlet Crusade and Silver Hand but those are mostly lower level.

Would like some help from Support please. Stopped playing in 2009/2010. Came back briefly to explore in 2019. Decided to come back now but Logging in I can find my level 10 starter type character and also a level 40 Moonkin (no idea where that one is from and has my mains name). What I’m missing is my main Nightelf? I used to play on Nagrand with my mains Name Telafari, but can’t find anything on there. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you in adance. Where are you looking?
If your realm list doesn’t show any characters on it, have you selected it? Over time inactive characters can stop showing on the realm list. Logging into the realm will repopulate it.

From what I can see, Telafari, the WoW#1 license on this Battle.net account was created August of 2018. You only have the level 10 character and a level 40 trial character. No older license is on it.
I was able to find a different Battle.net account though, which is based a Yahoo email, using your name. I can’t provide the email address publicly, but that hopefully helps you recall what you had used.
That account does have several characters on it, the highest level being a level 77(pre-level squish) Night Elf Hunter with that name. It looks like someone may have gotten hold of the account at some point and violated policy, closing the account.
Assuming it was compromised at the time of the violation we may be able to verify that and get the account back under your control. You’ll need to submit a ticket to recover the account as well as appeal the original action.

Thank You for getting back to me with that. Yes that is the Night Elf Hunter I was looking for🙏 Yes my account was compromised. Any chance if the support ticket is approved that these accounts can be merged?
It depends what you mean by merged. We cannot merge two World of Warcraft licenses into one, however we can move some licenses from one Battle.net account onto another one.
There are some conditions associated with it that you should be aware of. First and foremost would be that any account wide content remains with the source Battle.net account. Meaning that many achievements, mounts, appearances, companion pets, heirlooms and toys will remain where they are so you need to decide if you want to move the old license onto the Battle.net with the new license or vice versa.

Thanks for the info. Will look into it once cleared. I also had another account, character named Shayah, Night Elf Druid on Nagrand. Level also should be 70-80 (pre change). I can’t for the life of me remember my email addy I used to logged in with. I suspect it’s an old defunct email. Anyway to find this out and how to reactivate that account? Thanks again.

My wife and I also just returned to WoW after a decade or so hiatus. We can’t remember our character names, or realms. And as we have 2 separate accounts it makes it harder. This is my original Blizzard/Battlenet account, so I was wondering if you could help me find which realm my characters are on, and their names.
I can’t find my chars its been 12 years since I play. I got back on and can’t find any of my chars can someone help?
You have some lower level characters on Alleria, Blackrock, Burning Blade, Dethecus, Illidan, Lightninghoof and Skywall. The higher level characters (pre-level squish) appear to be on Gorgonnash.
You also have a second WoW license on this Battle.net account (starting with a P), and you have some characters on Grogonnash and Scilla on that license as well. Notably, you have a level 81 Orc Death Knight and a level 55 Undead Warlock (both pre-level squish).
