I’m JUST returning to this amazing game after 10 years! I created 3 new chars BUT I would love to find my old characters, I had a few of them. I even remember where 2 of them were(Goldrinn) but even after creating a new char on the same realm and deleting the cache folder (as described here as how to find old characters) they won’t come up.
I had at least 4 on the US server and my very first one on the EU server.
Well, I think I found the account, Bokamorna - but it is under a totally different Battlenet Account - different email. That one is under a Gmail, if that rings any bells. And yes, most of them were on Goldrinn - just the wrong account.

I guess now I need to ask if there’s a way to merge these accounts. I just did a 6 months subscription and also added a month in another one just to be able to look for the chars and now, thanks to you, I have them all back, but still can’t play because I have no subscription on that account. Can it be merged, transferred or a way for it all to become just one thing so Incan easily manage it all?
Technically - we could move a license between 2 Battlenet accounts with the same subscriber - but there are definite drawbacks to that you want to consider first.
Anything on the moved license that is shared in a collection - will NOT move with the license. Pets, mounts, achievements, transmog, etc.
Alternately, you could move individual characters under a paid service.
Lastly, if you just resubbed, I’d pop in a ticket, see if there is a way we could adjust that for you - but that is extremely time sensitive.

You can access the support system on top of the forum pages. Click support, then look for the Contact Us button, it should be blue.

On mobile the support link should be in a drop down, I keep forgetting that. Left side on the top. On a normal browse it will be on the top, toward the right.

I will throw my name in here as well - just returned and am missing all of my toons on Dawnbringer - Shri, a blood-elf Paladin lvl 80 was my main, and I had a bunch of others including Amintor - Tauren Warrior, and other alts I was working on. Any help would be awesome.
It looks like this WoW license was created about a day ago, Junpei. The Battle.net account you are looking for is the same email address for the one you are currently logged into but it is a Hotmail, and not a Gmail.
If you access the Battle.net account on your Hotmail address you’ll find your original WoW license.
It looks like you recently purchased your copy of Shadowlands for this account so I’d recommend submitting a refund request. Just let them know you reactivated the wrong account.

I opened a ticket, but can’t get into the account - it is linked to an activator under an old phone number. Is there a phone number I can call?
We don’t have a line that you can call directly, Junpei, but it should be simple enough to have an old Authenticator removed and info updated.
You can submit a ticket using this link. You don’t have to log in, but it will ask you to attach some ID verification, which is needed when updating a security option like that.

I meant authenticator - the phone number is one I haven’t had since I lived in Washington, and I have forgotten it. Unfortunately this means that the account seems locked to me.
Follow the link Vrak posted. It will allow you to have the authenticator removed by presenting a picture of your ID.the ID pic will be deleted as soon as it is used for verification.

I really don’t remember how long it has been now since I last played. I remember playing during Lich King and I think it was before Cataclysm but not sure. I had good variety of good higher levels but I cannot remember for sure where they are and I checked the 2 servers I thought they would be on. Could someone please help me locate them if they still exist? I currently started a new toon on Kael’Thas.
