I enjoyed playing a Death Knight in WotLK but that doesn’t mean I want Death Knights in Classic or TBC.

Why did people decide to play a game that, by 2021 standards, take a lot of time, then constantly ask for ways to make things not take as much time? You knew what this was before you even installed the game. Why ruin the game for other people?

Good arguments even if I’m not sure I agree. The people who falsely flagged this should be ashamed of themselves.
I personally can’t get behind dual spec due to the fact it wasn’t in TBC, but I understand why people want it and I might even use it if it were added.

Flagging it is disagreeing with it basically. There is no down vote, there is only a like (heart) option.
Most likely the people that flagged could have also posted their views on why they disagree with it.
Not really people are flagging it as ‘inappropriate’ ‘trolling’ or 'spam.
I’ve looked at it and dont think its any of those things

Yea because there are already multiple posts on the subject and there sick of the spam. Common man keep up.
it is inappropriate trolling and spam. tbc CLASSIC doesn’t need any huge gameplay changes like dual spec, and to even suggest it is so dumb it’s probably trolling.
There’s lots of changes that would or could be classified as “good for the game”
Flex raiding or resizing raids to 20 man (makes 10vs20 easier)
More class/spec perks available
Profession CD removal
Instance summoning
25 charges per soulwell
150% flight speed
None of these changes are inherently destroying the game beyond all playability and dual spec would certainly be convenient for everyone to have access to. Hell I’m a lock I’d love to have an Aff and Destro spec to swap between. Hell I’d like 3 specs…sure lots of classes could say the same.
But we don’t care because it’s not about convenience it’s about leaving the game alone as was the intention. Some changes isn’t just some get out of jail free card to fix any problem we don’t like, it should be use sparingly when the right situation calls for it.
Spec identity is huge in the early days of WoW and people didn’t regularly dump gold into the game to respec constantly the way people in classic are. If you want to do then that is your prerogative and you have to deal with how the game handles it.
Don’t like it don’t do it. Hate it? Don’t play.

No it isn’t. It will be unflagged as soon as a moderator gets around to it.
I have no issues with spending 50g every day…. It takes like 10 minutes to farm up 2 primal airs which more than covers respec cost.

Retail doesnt have a dual soec anymore at all, you can swap to any spec at anytime when out of combat. And swap talents in any rested area. Retail dropped dual spec a long time ago.

Your opinion and my opinion of what the game needs or doesnt need is only that…it doesnt rise to the level of flagging i mean the topic title is right at the top of the thred…no one forces you to read it
you’d be right, except that this is the 1000th dual spec whining thread and we’re sick of it. some people clearly don’t understand what CLASSIC means.

that logic is flawed as in alliance paladin didn’t have seal of blood in TBC but guess what they do in classic tbc.

And since they’ve already made changes to TBCC the ‘this is classic’ argument falls flat.

yes, and that’s the BIGGEST change you can point to. in the grand scheme of things, it’s not a very big change. it doesn’t justify things like dual spec.
Which is why i asked why people flagged this, its not a counter argument just cry-baby rage.
