Received Stress test email - no access

For the most part, there is usually no actual connection between the two parties. Customer Support doesn’t have much of a hand in either the live game or test sandboxes so much as they deal with account- and payment-related issues, outside of extenuating circumstances.

Well surprise. Surprise.

I cant help but chuckle that the people who did nothing benefited form those who identified the issue and tried to find a solution, once solution was found they didnt benefit from their own effort, c’est la Vie.

PS these are the people you want in BETA /test because we are nutts for solving problems lol

Jeez - people getting upset over a stress test and attacking a blue for no reason except for misinformation. It’s nearing the time. Check it one more time. Go through the steps as dictated before and if it doesn’t happen, then it wasn’t meant to be. It will be live in August - I’m sure some can wait until then.

agree… still doesn’t squash my annoyance, but ya… not his/her fault.

To be fair, that had to do with another thread and not directly related to this one. As of last night I was not aware a second license would have an impact on invites. I amended my statement when I got in this morning after making some inquiries.

That post, which says to submit a ticket to have the PTR license removed was edited within 30 seconds to state:

I talked to a live chat and they said he’d forward over our issue with manually removing our ptr accounts. So maybe we’ll get special priority for beta since we basically just beta tested the client.

I tried to tell them…

It’s only 2 hours, according to the email I got.

2 hours monitored by blizz, rest of the day you play around

We know, i think people like me are just worried that the system will skip us from here on out because our accounts have “errors” or were “already invited” if it isnt fixed now then I have a suspicion it wont ever be addressed and we permanently missed our chance

They will be monitoring for the first 2 hours but the server will be up until 6pm tomorrow.

I dont think well be able to do the other tests since we got technically flagged even tho we dont have access now.
Unless devs go out of their way, which would be VERY surprising.
