Received Stress test email - no access

so i peaked at my husbands account and he had it!!! hes, only been subbed since October 2018. So basically i did the thing they said and in doing the thing i got booted from the test, yeah…

I just hope that me being a psycho and having CS delete my PTRs wont somehow perma mess me from getting into any beta or stress tests :frowning:

Are you delusional enough to think you will be singled out or they will handle requests person by person depending on an answer on a thread? They will just check the list of original invites and compare it against the list of people who removed PTR today.

Really feels that way, all we can do is keep it a topic for Blizz Dev’s to resolve.

For clarification, I forwarded the report that I’m seeing a lot of folks who manually removed the extra PTR license from their account and have not yet been reflagged. I didn’t forward individual accounts, etc…

Everyone is getting upset over a 2 hour stress test. This echoes of the Bethesda Stress Tests for 76.

I had 2 PTRs. One was removed. I still have one and the Stress / Beta Test tab as well as my Live BFA. I never communicated with GMs/Blues except on this forum.
Those that contacted through the CS channels should have waited instead of trying to mess things up where they can’t be fixed.

Patience is something everyone should strive to achieve because in the end - it becomes where you won’t be able to mess around with the stress test at this current time.

I dont believe a single person who manually got a PTR removed has reported success. That speaks to it being an automated system to reflag, and we got passed over.

  1. If 2 PTR
  2. Then -> Check Stress Flag
  3. Then -> Remove 1 PTR - Add Stress Flag

We never got

  1. If Stress Flag not Set
  2. Check if Flag should be Set
  3. Set Stress Flag

it is 100% something like this, its definitely an automated system

but was a blue that gave us instruction to contact CS and remove extra PTR

I work in CS for another company and if something like this had happened and you were advised to do something by an employee the employee would either be reprimanded or the person who suffered would be given a goodwill gesture for the issue.
