Thanks. I also had my PTRs manually deleted by a CS/GM earlier this morning. Still waiting for it to pop up on my launcher.

The list he forwarded saying it was not fixed. I dont believe I said when I had my PTR removed

He didn’t mention any list. Just that there were people that reached out themselves to remove licenses that have not yet been properly flagged.

Im still upset about the situation to be honest CS Vrakthris did provide removing the second PTR account as a troubleshooting and it lead to a bigger issue for some people. I do think some of the blame of this should be put on his shoulders as he provided this and marked it as a resolution. I think this honestly somewhat speaks to Blizzards lack of internal communication as it lead to misinformation.
