Well the message has been delivered for sure to the team with all of us contacting CS

This issue comes down to one of two things:

  1. The email system erroneously sent emails to people who were not flagged for access.
  2. The system that is responsible for flagging accounts failed or is delayed thus leading to emails before access.

Yeah they know for sure, the GM I spoke to knew the thread instantly.

Who are these “tons of people”? In the beginning of the thread, there were some people who only had 1 PTR and weren’t getting the launcher option, but they fixed it by refreshing their client. Everyone reporting the issue except for one guy recently has 2 PTRs. That’s not a massive coinsidence. More than likely the one guy who recently posted he only has 1 just needs to refresh his client. Or he could cross reference how many PTR accounts he has on the management page vs what is shown in the launcher to see if he was flagged correctly.

Yeah, at this point I’m curious if the time just passes and we never get in.

Just here to Mark my Name.
And do you Have to have a PTR Downloaded??

no you do not

No, you don’t even need BFA installed.

kk just wanted to make sure. i even resubbed just so i could be on the list

My father (The original owner of the account.) got an email for the recent send out of Classic Stress test invites. I have changed the account email a good time back to mine, by his permission. If I try to log in using the old credentials it says the account does not exist. Yet my account still does not have access to the download for the stress test tomorrow. What is going on here??

Add my name to the list of people with 2 ptr accounts and an invite email.

Open your battle.net launcher and click the region tab. Do you have 2 PTR options? If so, log into the account management page and verify you see two PTRs there as well. If you only see 1 PTR option in the launcher, but 2 in the account management page, try refreshing your battle.net desktop application either by toggling between beta/live or deleting your cache files.

how do you delete the PTR from client? I’ve uninstalled them

2 ptr here, got an email and nothing in the launcher.
