Received Stress test email - no access

The guy i talked to said the dev team are the only ones that can fix the flag issue now that I have my second PTR removed. I was directed to post here for help.

I removed both PTRs but Iā€™m not sure if it was better to do that or just one of themā€¦

Youā€™re fine with just removing 1. Itā€™s not a retroactive solution, however.

Thatā€™s what Iā€™m saying, blizz looks like they are working ā€œreallyā€ hard to fix the issue, even when they canā€™t even give an update for today like they had said they would.

Spoke with Game Master Ormdeldyn, and he instructed me to post here, I got my second PTR Removed, hoping I get it before tonight!!!

Blizzard wants the people they invited to log in and stress the servers. Itā€™s in their best interest to get this resolved. I believe they are working on it. Those of us with the 2 PTRs are a minority, and this probably isnā€™t their top priority right now as they have to prep for the stress test, but they are looking into it.

An update from CS would be appreciated, even if itā€™s something like ā€œno information yet; weā€™re still looking into itā€¦ā€

when you have a panic disorder and this kind of thing happensā€¦ it probly would have been better not to be invited at all, at this pointā€¦

They arenā€™t allowed to troubleshoot or deduce problems. They have a document that says PTR licenses are separate from Beta licenses, so thatā€™s the information they are allowed to give out. Everyone here who got the email but did not have it show up in the launcher has had 2 PTRs.

If a bunch of people drank from the same lake, got sick, and went to the doctor, it would be wise to assume the lake was contaminated. If the doctor has as piece of paper that certifies the lake was clean, it doesnā€™t matter because everyone who drank from that lake still got sick.

Seems CS is close the live chat channel or may be too many ppls use the live chat option.
I click the live chat option.
It shows ā€œThat channel is not currently available. Please choose another.ā€
And I submitted the ticket 13hrs ago still no respond

Try the call back option. I only had to wait 10 minutes or so for a call back and they did it over the phone for me.

Yeah, I used the call back also and it didnā€™t take much time at all. I got the same info that some others were saying they got. That having 2 PTRs isnā€™t the issue, itā€™s a separate thing altogether.
