I made one million in one day in BFA selling crafted gear and I never really worked at making gold before. Day one of the expansion I paid 5 million for that mount and I put a little effort into making it back and I ended up making close to 20 million that expansion. I came in with 10 million and a lot of that was from the garrisons in WoD.
That mount was intended for people who had been long term gold makers to buy. Everyone I know who bought one fell into that category.
and they still try to use others - I moved away from a guy who was using mine and he then pulled out his. People are so lazy.
Note, I said it was out of the ballpark for anyone who didn’t go out of their way to farm gold. If you had 10 million gold from garrisons, you went out of your way to farm gold as that is well over 10 alts worth of WoD Garrison gold farming.
So, people who went out of their way to farm gold would have been able to pick it up but they weren’t the only people to get the mount because the WoW Token was already out by the time the Bruto came around.
There are so many mounts in the game that none of them catch my attention anymore; they have lost all sense of value and accomplishment for me

You lost me at “wah we worked hard for it so therefore the game should let me have my special status amongst millions because I’m not special irl, so please let me be more special than that other digital character cause I played longer at a specific thing than others.”
Well I don’t think you should have a PC because I have a PC and I worked hard for that money. Only I should have a PC, no one else.
Cry more. All these little whiners that are so concerned with others having the mount they thought was special is getting older each time. In irl I worked hard for my $90 (it’s $99 in WA). And I couldn’t work hard in game because I was working hard irl and being part of my family. Go cry to your parents that didn’t give you enough attention about it. No one here cares that you’re interested in whats in our bags when it has nothing to do with your life or life energy but here you are, depleting your own energy on other peoples happiness.
Waaahhh

Some players prefer rare mounts; the original brut will now be even more rare. In this respect, it’s sort of a win.
What is it on black market, 6M?
While i had 5M gold back then, i did not buy it, because to me it was a waste of money. The $90 price is reasonable to me, so i purchased one for each of my accounts.
So you are one of the little babies that don’t like to share.
When you right click an item to list it, but the dude moves right when you click, i have actually consumed expensive potions by accident this way.
No need to sit there and wait for someone to finish their auctions, but moving every 4 second is a real d’ move.

I don’t consider logging on for 30 minutes a day to click buttons farming for gold but whatever.
You can trot yourself a few steps to the auction house or ask politely if you can use it.
The original bruto should never have been removed to begin with. I got half way through the gold grind before they decided it was “limited time”, and never would have started otherwise.

I dnt see the big deal at the end of the day they do cuz people will buy it and they are a company if u dnt like something then dnt buy it… Why’s even waste time n money on sh**t that’s free to do what kinda idiot spends $90 wen u can hearth n walk right into a auction house for free LMFAO some people jus like complaining
integrity?
its a video game. Its for entertainment.
This overthinking a game or basing personal worth on one is disturbing.
Its a video game. I just play it and dont worry about anything else.

and there ya go.
Grats…this one has made me decide to compile every childish, juvenile insult you all make in here for future reference.
Whats REALLY pathetic…is your obvious obsession about MY spending habits in a video game
or should I insert the word ‘idiot’ in my jab too so its more balanced?
WoW is a major producer of Consumerist Robots. You won’t get any rational thought from most of them. Their achievements that make them proud is buying things they have no integrity to work for, bloating the credit card debt they already have. Credit card debt is at the highest it’s ever been, because money you don’t have buys false integrity.
Blizzard stated many times in the past that WoW would never have microtransactions of any kind… and now here we are. Credit card debt and empty “Status” are the rule.
Honestly, Blizzard is making a LOT of decisions that come at the expense of older players. Constantly bringing back old rewards, it retroactively makes all the time and effort we spent with the game completely without value.
By all means, introduce recolors of classic items, whatever. But they seem to be almost actively insulting long-time players.

It stopped mattering about 6 months after you got it and it still looks cool no matter how you get it
Yeah, it sucks, but ya just gotta suck it up and move on. I wasn’t thrilled when I saw plagued proto drake on the BMAH long ago, but hey, if people are gonna spend a ton of gold or money to buy gold for it, then who’s gonna stop them? Not blizz, they are a business. Mine only cost repair bills, which were covered by guild anyways. I know how big of a deal it was (at the time) and don’t need any validation. Don’t have to prove anything to anyone.
I know I don’t think that way.
It’s what makes me special. Also, the way I throw a ball left-handed. That too.
Honestly, as someone who missed the OG bronto because I was away from the game for school/work, and I have been slowly grinding gold to save up to one day, hopefully, if the stars align, buy one for 10 million gold on the blackmarket AH, adding this bronto is the greatest thing I could have asked for. I had the gold already saved, and I can finally have something that I missed that was time-gated forever ago.
And I have to say to all you OG bronto owners y’all are the true heroes the past 4 years. Y’all single-handedly made the mess of an expansion that was shadowlands much more bearable. Not having an AH in Oribos was the most braindead decision possible. You OG long bois who sat at the mailboxes there were the true heroes. I salute you all.
