There are only three people in these forums I consider definite trolls. I’m sure there are more, but it’s often difficult to tell the difference between trolling and genuine, but diametrically opposed, opinions.
No the no changes crowd are vanilla purist that absolutely do not want the crappy retail version of AV I promise you that.
Like I said above any of these “Hello fellow no changers yes we can’t have 1.5av because this is 1.12!” are just shills or people mocking no changers out of spite.
To be honest, I saw both multi-hour long games and games over in 20 minutes.
I’m fine with that, because while people here keep claiming they want old(er) AV, they are assuming a massive group of people are going to want to spend time there, when they can get more honor per hour in any other BG.
AV would be a graveyard in a mattter of days once the pvp ranking patch came out, with only the most dedicated people trying to get rep bothering to play.
And if there was a multi-day game, and you had to log because it’s 2am, and the game ends at 5am, you don’t get credit. You get nothing.
Except that it matches up with how the BG actually played in vanilla. So it’s a little more hard hitting than the fear mongering claim that every game will just result in zerging.
Which makes sense in a what’s supposed to be a dynamic BG, some games might be over quickly and some games won’t, the map doesn’t inherently force one or the other so it’s up to how the players play.
And, hopefully, most games will be over sooner than later. I need rep things from there, and if the meta for the first few weeks is turtle, I’ll just wait for it to go back to zerg.
It’s not worth it, when I can get closer to R10 armor and above easier somewhere else.
No, she’s forever on the list for her particular brand of trolling. In some ways she’s the worst troll on the forums because she tries to weaponize it to get people banned.
