Hi Kaivax, I was affected by this but didn’t get a reissue in the mailbox. Also had submitted it as a bug report and a customer service ticket when it happened. Any suggestions or is just a ‘too bad’ type situation?

I opened my dragonsiege box and the weekly, got an ilvl 350 and ilvl 390 green unupgradeable item. no replacement box in mail. Lokheira-Malygos

I got a 441 flame warped curio on this character and didn’t get a replacement in the mail. I’m happy for the players that got it fixed but this still needs more fixing

Opened mine well past this, still got the 441 Curio.
Did not receive any sort of “fix” to this, including any new gear or chache mailed to me.

i currently have a ticket for this issue where your GM Daremdekhar is trying to tell me otherwise when I literally opened my awakened cache from Timewalking quest received a 441 Warp Flame Curio on 4/24/24 at 12:08am central time (in pdt that’s 10:08pm 4/23/24) for my shaman Åthena-Sargeras Ticket Number: US98608798
Are you guys just not replacing cache’s who’ve received curios for 441ilvl?

Doesn’t matter. I made a ticket before the hot fix and after since my char was also not sent the cache in the mail. Both times I was politely told to go f myself. They can not assist at all in any mater. So for all of us that have a 441 flame warped curio, we just get to sit quietly and wait for next time =D

I still have not received a replacement piece for my Flame-Warped Curio, is there going to be a fix for this as well?

I put in a ticket about this, and they said that they fixed and replaced timewalking caches. 
Like… that not what my ticket was about, but ok, thanks. Then added that they won’t be replacing any other caches.

Anything similar in the works for the Storm Caches from the weekly quest, and events? Those are also still bugged, and net another 6-7 pieces of Veteran/Champion gear that players can randomly miss out on due to no fault of their own.

I still have the 441 Flame-warped Curio in my bag. I did not receive a replacement cache nor has your in-game support corrected the issue. I do not accept closure of my in-game support ticket until the issue has been resolved.

have you checked your mail? I got my replacement cache in the mail on my demon hunter who had opened it early
I also got a 350 piece, though in my case it was from the awakened stormseeker’s cache for the weekly events, any news on THOSE getting fixed?
